Dried fruit: imports into Poland, prices and border checks
Dried apples, prunes, apricots, longan, jackfruit and mixed dried fruit. Dried mango, pineapple, dates and figs are in heading 0804; dried bananas in 0803.

Other dried fruit (0813 40, e.g. longan or jackfruit), mixtures (0813 50) and dried bananas (0803) are not on the list. The minimum applies per production batch in the consignment. Smaller batches are not checked at the border, but IJHARS can still check the product later on the Polish market.
The importer notifies the regional IJHARS office (form SWW05, also online through PUESC). IJHARS checks documents, labelling and packaging and may take samples; there is no fee unless the product fails.

Veterinary inspection
Not neededNot needed for plain dried fruit. Honey-coated fruit is a composite product, exempt from border checks since 23 July 2026 if honey is the only animal ingredient.
