Green tea (0902 10, 0902 20) is not on the list. The minimum applies per production batch in the consignment. Smaller batches are not checked at the border, but IJHARS can still check the product later on the Polish market.

The importer notifies the regional IJHARS office (form SWW05, also online through PUESC). IJHARS checks documents, labelling and packaging and may take samples; there is no fee unless the product fails.
